Thanks for visiting my blog. I'm currently returning to running after an sever injury last year. I hope to run the NYC Marathon in November 2009, but most of all I hope to be pain free!

Kind of hot to be running :) Drink plenty of water. Maybe you need a camel back like the bike racers use. You can drink while you run.

Hi Mom,
yeah I drink before and after I run, but since my water bottle was stolen on the trail I don't leave one there. Camel backs are hard to run with I've heard, but they have belts with water bottles build into them that I should get.
